How to sleep well, and awake refresh


First of all, we have to forget about how many sleeping hours we need. Lots of people are feeling guilty about the short hours of sleep they have. Some people may even feel unhappy about that they are wasting too much time on sleep. Some may wonder if they have enough sleep, but still feeling tired. Why is that?


In fact, it has nothing to do with the sleeping hours, it is all in our mind. It IS our belief that we have. Is about the life we live! Is about how eager we are about to expect the day! Is about how we feel about the life, the job, the financial situation, the health, the issue that really matter to us!!!


Ask yourself, how many hours do u believe u need in order to sleep well. But that is not the important part. The important issue is, HOW WE REALLY LIVE OUR LIFE!! OR HOW WE FEEL ABOUT OUR LIFE!!!


Ok, now is the step 2, ask yourself, how eager are you to expect the day, i mean anything, your job, the person you are gonna meet, how you looks, your health, your car, your idea to create...... I mean anything. How do you really, really, really, really, feel about those stuff?


Do u feel happy or worry when you think about it?In other words, do you feel positive emotion or negative emotion about it?


If you feel positive emotion, of course, u will feel that your body surge and fill with vibrant energy to take your days. Your will keep expecting miracles, you are confident your company sales target will be achieved, You love the way you look, You know for sure that your kids are doing well, etc......


But, what if that's the other way around, what will you feel then, Well! For me, i will feel lousy, or i will say,"Gosh! not another Monday", or, This person is full of S**t, how can I be in the world do not have the things that i want. I mean money, health, the cars , the house, relationship bla bla bla... what the hxxl is wrong with me. My inner conversation will be like damn it, poor me, Fxxx this person, or Fxxx that person, blah blah blah those negative words keep coming, which really make me TIRED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TIRED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


So it is our choice to feel positive or negative!!! if happy, joyful then good things happen , we feel refresh and vital!! (Who cares about the sleeping hours)


If unconsciously we choose negative words, thoughts, negative way to look at the days. then i guess it is not necessary for me to explain further.


Well! Lots of people will say to me after they listen those words. "Do you think is easy to change like that?" And i will say,"It is totally up to you", How easy and difficult is completely up to you


My idea is don't let the social hypnosis, fool you!!! I mean the social standard! The majority's idea about how we should live our life.You have the right to live the way that you want!!!


Of course lots of people say, "i want to change but look at the people around us", And i will say the same thing again, It is totally up to you what you want to look at and focus!!!


Don't get me wrong here, I am not a guru to teach you or even guide you to do anything. I am just a normal guy, who have desires, and looking forward to have it and live it. And again, and again. I have up and downs too. Just wana share with you, just your buddy on this big, giant, round object we call earth.


I mean is your life, man, is your life!!! What is more important than live your life to the the fullest, and expect everything that your want, and have it in show up in your life.


You deserve to have anything that you want. Your worthiness is not a question. We are all loved, no exception.


Have you ever wondered that when you do something that you love, and hours just pass like minutes. Or have you ever had an experience whichyou do something that you dont like and it feels like hours or years.


I read a funny story about Albert Einstien. He can sit in the bath tub for hours just contemplate an idea, and forget about the lunch, appointment. And just sitting there, enjoying the theory he was about to create. What a Genius.


Ok, now back to this how to get a good sleep and awake refresh, i think i dont have to explain it anymore. Why don't you think for this for a second? Have you ever been in a moment, a very cherished and happy moment that you are so happy, i mean the moment that you love so much that you can't forget,and your the body's energy is so incredibly great, is so speechless!!!!!! Have you had that experience before? I am sure you have one of those, or even more! What was your feeling then! Oh come' on! think about it, how did u feel then? I am sure you are feeling Good now!!!!! Do you feel tired? I don't think so! Do you think you want to sleep now, i don't think so too, i think you will just relax and inspire to be, do , have anything that you want. right?


WoW! I feel like wana jump with you and celebrate!!!!!!


Ok! Relax a little bit here, is too happy now!:P

Oh, one last thing, common sense stuff, don't eat too much before sleep, and have more natural foods in your daily life, ok? When you feel so good about your life, you will definitely have good sleep over the night, and awake refresh with an attitude to expect your days for sure! Love you all!!! God bless!!!


P.S. Sometimes when we have resistance about certain subject, and find no resolution, take a nap would be great, or a long deep sleep, thenwe will find ourselves refresh, and solutions will come! Trust it in your heart! You will get it!
